Shane and Will were efficient - they acted like they were working on the clock, which they were as I was paying by the hour, so that was good. They still have stock of parts for my Accent Airconditioner (Accent shut down their business over 10 years ago) and quickly and efficiently repaired it unlike other companies who said my only option was to install a new unit, which would have been much much more expensive.
