I highly recommend this company! We used them to fix our air conditioner. From the initial phone call with their friendly team to the tech they sent out who was very knowledgeable and professional. Would not hesitate to use them again.

Shane and Will were efficient - they acted like they were working on the clock, which they were as I was paying by the hour, so that was good. They still have stock of parts for my Accent Airconditioner (Accent shut down their business over 10 years ago) and quickly and efficiently repaired it unlike other companies who said my only option was to install a new unit, which would have been much much more expensive.

From my initial contact to the on-site repairs, my experience with the Relevant Air team has been an absolute pleasure. The team are pleasant, efficient, have deep knowledge of my (Accent Air) system, and offer proactive, realistic, tangible advice on service options. These guys are great! Very honest operators in what is not always an honest industry! There is a lot of pride taken in their work and complete customer satisfaction is the result. We had a problem with our A/C which another company told us was unrepairable and we would need a completely new system. We asked Relevant to have a look and they fixed it for a fraction of the cost and it's going strong a year later. Highly recommend!
